Bubur Jagung - Sweet Corn From Cameron Highland



Last week my ol fren from Merlimau Melaka visit my place on her way back from Cameron..she bought me some sweet corn..jagung cameron ni memang best..manis gitu..aku suka rebus gitu ajer or just smoke it, glis with sum melted butter..pergghhhh sedap! Tapi my gals nak makan bubur...emmmm kenalah mamanya masak bubur instead of smoking the corn...bubur pun bubur la...



Jadi kat sini jika my fren tu membaca blog aku ni aku nak ucap terima kasih (walaupun dah ucap dah hari tu) sekali lagi kepada Kak Siti Najdah for dropping by...mintak maaf tak dapat nak masak untuk akak sebab tengah kerja..lain kali akak datang lagi ye...kita masak gempak-gempak ye kak...miss u kak ajid!


BUBUR JAGUNG
Recipe & Source: Mieza @ WAWMC


Bahan-bahan:
4 ketul jagung manis - racikkan isinya
1 mangkuk santan
2 helai daun pandan
2 keping gula melaka
Gula secukup rasa
1 camt garam


Cara-caranya:

1. Rebus jagung yang telah diracik dengan air secukupnya hingga empuk dan kering airnya.

3. Bila jagung dah empuk, masukkan kesemua bahan-bahan lain dan masak hingga gula melaka hancur. Rasakan lemak manisnya. Jangan didihkan terlalu lama kerana dikhuatiri santan akan pecah minyak.
