Sotong Masak Resepi Rubiah Suparman


Sometimes tu kalau masak regular recipe boring juga kan? Kalau masak sotong ni asek asek sotong celup tepung, sotong goreng kunyit, sotong bakar, kerabu sotong, huwaaaa buhsannya. Resepi ni aku dapat dari my neighbor cum my opismate. Katanya ni sotong yang Rubiah Suparman selalu masak kat restoran dia. Memang sedap. Tapi picture tu tak memberansangkan la sebab tak di garnish kan hehehe. Apa-apa pun d taste dat matters d most. Here's d recipe, enjoy cooking!





SOTONG MASAK RESEPI RUBIAH SUPARMAN

1/2 kg sotong - cuci dan dikelar jika suka. Kalau nak masak sekor sekor pun tak per. Aku kelar supaya senang anak-anak nak makan.
3 batang serai - ketuk
5 helai daun limau purut
1 mangkuk santan sederhana pekat
minyak untuk menumis

Bahan kisar:
4 biji bawang merah
2 biji bawang putih
2 cm halia
1 cm kunyit hidup
3-4 biji cili kering

Cara-caranya:

1. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. Tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak.

2. Masukkan sotong dan masak hingga kering airnya.

3. Masukkan santan, serai dan daun limau. Renehkan hingga santan mendidih.

4. Rasakan garam gula. Sedap dimakan dengan nasi putih panas - panas. Yummy!
